1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "48ph" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the 48ph online gaming platform, accessible at 48ph.bet, operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by 48ph, whether as a guest browser or a registered account holder.
• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a Player on the 48ph platform, which holds the Player's personal details, balance, transaction history, and gaming records.
• "Balance" / "Funds" — the total amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) held within a Player's 48ph account, comprising real money deposits and any bonus credits (where applicable and noted separately).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of 48ph promotional offers, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for authorizing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 48ph website at 48ph.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any part of the 48ph platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and any person who accesses the 48ph platform from any device, including mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers, and other internet-enabled devices. These Terms are in addition to, and do not supersede, any applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements — in the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law or PAGCOR regulation, the applicable law or regulation prevails.

48ph may from time to time issue supplementary terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features. Such supplementary terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. Where there is a conflict between supplementary terms and these Terms, the supplementary terms prevail in respect of the specific game, promotion, or feature to which they relate.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 48ph platform is restricted. You are only eligible to register and use 48ph if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming. 48ph operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

• You have not been previously self-excluded from 48ph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, or, if you have been self-excluded, your self-exclusion period has lawfully expired and you have formally requested reinstatement in accordance with the applicable procedure.
• You are of sound legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 48ph services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by 48ph as part of the registration or KYC process.

You warrant that all information you provide to 48ph during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 48ph platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited. 48ph uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 48ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds held across them.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 48ph account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify 48ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 48ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

48ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID)
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash account)
• Source of funds documentation where required under AML screening protocols

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 48ph may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in persistent cases, account closure. 48ph treats all KYC documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

48ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the 48ph Cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits processed via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 48ph balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO) may take up to one (1) Philippine business day to reflect. 48ph does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 48ph bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. 48ph targets the following processing times for verified accounts:

• GCash / Maya: Under five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts, subject to provider availability
• BPI / BDO: Within one (1) Philippine business day
• USDT / Coins.ph: Within four (4) hours for verified accounts

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. 48ph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above certain thresholds. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 48ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a Player deposits using a payment method that involves a currency conversion (e.g., USDT), the conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 48ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

48ph offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine holidays and events (e.g., Pasko, Sinulog, PBA Finals). All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Promotional offers are available to players who have a fully registered and verified 48ph account, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion has a stated validity period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• 48ph reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements, and at what percentage contribution rate. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• 48ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee the conversion of bonus funds to withdrawable cash; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; collusion between players to share or transfer bonus value.
• Where 48ph determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, 48ph reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and in serious cases, permanently close the Player's account.
• 48ph reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already qualified for the offer under its original terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 48ph platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

48ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 48ph platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 48ph platform
• Using the 48ph platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform
• Colluding with other players, whether on 48ph or on other platforms, to manipulate the outcome of any game or exploit bonus structures
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the 48ph platform for financial gain — Players who discover a bug must report it to 48ph support immediately
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your GCash, bank, or other payment provider in circumstances where the underlying transaction was legitimate
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward 48ph customer support staff or other players in any shared platform feature
• Accessing the 48ph platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is unlawful
• Allowing another person to use your 48ph account, or using another person's account

9 Responsible Gaming

48ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or relieving financial hardship. 48ph provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) when you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 48ph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10 Intellectual Property

The 48ph name, logo, website design, user interface, content, graphics, software, and all other materials published on the 48ph platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 48ph and its licensors, and are protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 48ph platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the 48ph platform or its content
• Use any 48ph branding, trademarks, or logos for any purpose without the prior written consent of 48ph
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 48ph platform by any automated means
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 48ph software

Any unauthorized use of 48ph intellectual property may result in legal action. Third-party game content accessible through the 48ph platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' terms and conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 48ph and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 48ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors in game display, odds presentation, or balance display caused by browser, device, or network issues outside the control of 48ph
• Unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider, Philippine banking system downtime, or PAGCOR compliance holds
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the 48ph platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 48ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

48ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how 48ph handles your personal information — including what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have as a data subject — are set out in the 48ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering on 48ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting 48ph at [email protected], subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.

13 Amendments

48ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 48ph will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the 48ph platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 48ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 48ph support. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements.

48ph recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most current version of the Terms is always available on the 48ph platform.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 48ph. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, Players may also lodge a formal complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official complaints process. 48ph cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution procedures.
